书中非传统的思维，非一般教育的思维，需要自己的洞察力以及独特的思考，让别人为你工作，自己不玩这个游戏，而是打败这个游戏，不迎合所有人的口味，Everything popolar is wrong。
永远没有所谓对的时机，比如生小孩永远都有借口不去生，但如果是必要的重要的事，关键是要去执行。
提早退休并不是目的（闲不住的人退休 1 个月马上想工作），而是马上拥有 mini-retirement，比如 2 个月有 1 个月在国外度假，1 个月在工作，这和成为一个百万富翁是两码事，想清楚自己的追求和价值观。
What I want 是一个无底洞，人的欲望永无止境，而应思考 what excites me most, 去做事情以及寻找适合自己的lifestyle。
分析 TMI (Target Monthly Income) 模型，例如以 6 个月为一个节点（或 1 年，太长远不现实），厘清每个月的 cost，加上 30% safety 或其他开销，推算你要过上你的 dream life 的生活方式，需要的 TMI 大概是多少。
D 是 Definition，引出了一些定义比如 relative wealth 和 Eustress 有益，积极的压力（eu-是希腊语词根，指healthy），介绍了 NR 是怎么思考的以及 lifestyle 应该是怎么样的，认清自己的想要的东西，能让自己快乐幸福的方式，克服恐惧（如果现在就去做你想做的事情，最坏的结果是什么？），不再自我欺骗等等；
Pareto 原则，80% 的利润是来源于20% 的客户或项目；80% 的工作流是来源于 20% 的思考和讨论和决策。
The 80/20 principle (Pareto Principle), that 80/20 Principle dictates that 20% of your action, you inputs, will produce 80% of your desired results.
尽量去避免 Time wasters，微信朋友圈，过度的查看邮件，过度看 Youtube 视频，避免无效无聊的会议（会议的目的是去做出决策，而不是去分析问题），电话打扰等，这些都是给你的工作带来微乎其微的效果的事，工作必须要 effective 和 efficient。
有的时候要学着去提案，而不是让对方去选择：“我给个建议吧，去……”, “那不然去……”，主动/积极的去影响这个世界。
